Katherine hosts All Abilities Pilates classes at Tenby Leisure Centre at 9am on Mondays, and 7pm on Wednesdays. Keen to be inclusive, she also runs a less challenging class for those who are beginners, injured or over 60 every Wednesday evening at 6pm. Tenby leisure centre is a very well-equipped and professional venue with ample parking. If you are looking to maximise your time, why not tie in a gym session or a swim in the 25 metre pool?
Rubix Fitness, Tenby
Rubix is a charming little gym tucked out of the way in Tenby town. On Tuesdays, Katherine runs an All Abilities Pilates class here at 9:30am. With a comfortably small class, Katherine’s unshakeable talent is often intertwined with humour and fun. Participants typically leave with burning abs and smiles on their faces..!
Ash Farm, Kilgetty
The atmosphere at Ash Farm is entirely different. Roll into the driveway and step out into beautiful Welsh countryside. The serene studio almost tricks the mind into thinking you have a relaxing experience in store. Don’t be fooled! Katherine runs a 6pm Legs, Bums & Tums class on Thursdays that will help you to feel the burn. Just an hour later she’s back, with a 7pm All Abilities Pilates class.
Pilates Studio, Slate House, Tenby
